Questions from labs
What does edonto cost for my lab?
The base version is free for labs and clinics, with no credit card required. Optional premium features are planned for later.
Do my clinics have to pay?
No. Clinics use edonto for free – that's what makes it easy to invite all of them.
What if a clinic doesn't want to use edonto?
Keep it as a shadow customer. You record its cases and invoices yourself, for example orders taken by phone, and invite it whenever it's ready.
Can I import my price list and customers?
You build your price list from the master catalog plus your own items and add customers in a few clicks. If you have a large list, get in touch and we'll help you bring it in.
Does edonto work on the bench?
Yes. Technicians use “My work” on a phone or tablet, and job tickets carry a QR code that opens the case.
